Those who want to hire construction service providers or purchase construction material through our website (https://www.constructoye.com/) must agree to the terms and conditions by clicking the 'I agree to ConstructOye's terms and conditions' box. In case a user does not agree to the terms and conditions, the user may not consume ConstructOye's services.
Before a user hires a construction service provider on behalf of another person, it is imperative to note that the user will be considered as the representative who has another person's authorization to accept ConstructOye's terms and conditions on their behalf.

Currently, the company operates in Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula region. ConstructOye has a list of many construction service providers to meet the residential and commercial needs - construction, maintenance, renovation, interior design, and more.
ConstructOye forwards the booking request to the concerned construction service providers or construction suppliers. For the ease of customer and construction service providers, communication details shall be shared between both parties after the acceptance of the booking request.
The company does not regulate service providers, and does not have an employer/employee relationship between them. Users hereby certify that the information given to the ConstructOye is accurate and complete. The company reserves the right to terminate the terms and conditions if the company reasonably suspects that users or service providers have breached the terms.
The company may verify the information provided by users and service providers. All users, service providers, and material suppliers hereby agree that they will treat each other respectfully and not cause damage.
Kindly note that ConstructOye is not responsible for the behavior, actions, or quality of service provided by construction service providers. ConstructOye is simply an online platform to connect service providers and material suppliers with customers seeking construction services.
Users shall be required to make payment through ConstructOye for construction services or materials. It is pertinent to mention that users agree to use the payment methods introduced by the company. A copy of the acknowledgment will be sent to the registered email account.
Amendments in the service charges may happen periodically. Service providers and material suppliers are responsible for keeping themselves updated with the latest service charges.

The company shall not be liable for data loss, property damage, personal injury, and delay or failure in quality of work. In no event shall ConstructOye's total liability exceed an amount of INR 10,000.
